Deciding not to proceed with treatment
-
Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations where the service has been delivered appropriately

-

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-show), will incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.

Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Halotherapy reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

-
Prepaid packages and treatment packs are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be forfeited if not used within the specified validity period.
